31 Μάι EcoDESforFOOD+ Present in the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR)
In the frame of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) hold in Zaragoza last November, the Sustainability Department of the regional Government of Aragon had organized a workshop called Packaging eco-design and waste reduction, to which PCTAD was invited to present the EcoDESforFOOD+ project.
The workshop was opened by the Rural Development and Sustainability Councillor of the Aragonish Government, Joaquin Olona, together with General Director of Sustainability, Sandra Ortega. Ana de Diego from PCTAD explained the Erasmus+ training project purpose, which aims to develop a holistic training in eco-design for the professionals involved in the agri-food sector to cover all areas of knowledge necessary to implement eco-design products and new environmental friendly food packaging.
